Once I have this information, I can set you up on a feed that delivers properties available for sale matching your wish list directly to your email inbox.
2) VISIT PROPERTIES:
Found a property (or three) that you like? We'll go take a look together. We'll chat about the requirements in order to proceed to the next step, which is making an offer on a home.
I have developed an extensive network of trusted professionals who can assist with financing and pre-approvals. I would love to help point you in the right direction and save you some time.
3) OFFER:
Found something you REALLY like? Let's put an offer in! As an experienced broker in the Guelph area, we will put together a compelling and competitive offer in today's market.
At this point in the game, it's extremely important to have rock-solid financing; meaning that you're pre-approved and ready to go if your offer is accepted by the seller.
If our offer is unsuccessful, don't worry. A better house awaits you on your road to victory.
If our offer is SUCCESSFUL, we proceed to the purchase & closing stages.
4) PURCHASE & 5) CLOSING:
Congrats! Your offer was accepted. Now, we take care of the fine details as we work our way to the closing date. Your lawyer will be included in the closing process, as well as your mortgage lender.
